This policy explains what data Strataform collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain — no legalese.
What we collect
When you create an account or purchase a product, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely and we never store raw card numbers on our servers.
We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, products viewed, and actions taken — to improve the platform. This data is anonymized and never sold.

Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
IP address logging
When you visit any page on Strataform, we automatically record your IP address along with basic metadata such as your approximate location (country, region, city), the page visited, and the timestamp of the visit.
Why we log IP addresses: IP logging helps us protect the platform and its users. We use this data to detect and block fraudulent activity, prevent unauthorized access, identify abuse patterns, and maintain the overall security and stability of the service. It also helps us understand where our visitors are coming from at an aggregate level so we can improve the platform.
How long we keep it: IP log entries are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are automatically purged. We do not build long-term profiles based on IP data.
We do not sell this data: IP addresses and associated visit metadata are used solely for the security and operational purposes described above. We do not sell, trade, license, or share this data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. Access to raw IP logs is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — for example, payment processors and email delivery services — and only the minimum data required for each task.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can do this from your account settings or by contacting us directly.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

Acceptance
By accessing or purchasing from Strataform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
License
When you purchase a product from Strataform you receive a single-user, perpetual license to use the code in your own projects, including commercial projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code as-is
- Share your download with others who have not purchased a license
- Upload the source code to a public repository
- Claim the work as your own for the purpose of selling it to others
You may modify the code freely, use it in client projects, and deploy as many applications built on top of it as you like.
Payments and refunds
All purchases are in USD. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable fees. We offer a 7-day refund on all products if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
Supply Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Supply Premium
Supply Premium is a monthly subscription that provides access to exclusive products and discounts. Benefits are active only while your subscription is current. Strataform reserves the right to modify the list of included perks with 30 days notice.
Intellectual property
All product designs, brand assets, and written content on this platform remain the intellectual property of Strataform. The license granted to you covers source code only, not brand or design assets.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Limitation of liability
Strataform products are provided as-is. We make no warranty that the code will be error-free or fit for every use case. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No refunds
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. All purchases made on Strataform — including individual products and Supply Premium subscriptions — are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read the product description, reviewed any available previews, and understand what you are buying. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Why we don't offer refunds
Our products are digital goods — source code that is immediately accessible upon purchase. Once delivered, they cannot be returned. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the products and the work that goes into building them.
Subscriptions
Supply Premium is billed monthly. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time, regardless of when you cancel.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at support@strataform.dev and we will investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
